Sports or Remedial massage has an increasing profile in treating or preventing musculoskeletal injuries. It not only offers great benefits for physically active people but also helps to reduce tension and increase flexibility for those who are inactive. It can be used as pre or post-event treatment or simply as a regular maintenance massage. Sports/Remedial massage is a great way to: > Prevent injuries or long-term damage to muscles and joints > Enhance training performance > Speed up healing and recovery from injury Sessions are tailored to your individual needs through a pre-treatment consultation. This includes a full assessment & full body massage or specific area highlighted. Offering a range of soft tissue techniques, to help with injury, stress and scar tissue. £5 travel fee within 15 mile radius, additional costs if outside 15 miles travel.
