Do you charge extra for travelling to me?
Travel is included within my standard 25 km service area from Neath, covering Neath, Port Talbot, Swansea and surrounding areas. If you're outside this area, please contact me before booking and I'll confirm availability and any additional travel cost.
Which appointment should I book first?
If you're a new client, please book the 60-minute Initial Assessment & Treatment (£55). This gives us time to discuss your symptoms and goals, complete an appropriate assessment and begin hands-on treatment where suitable.
Do I need to choose the type of massage?
No. You simply choose the appropriate appointment length. Following your consultation and assessment, I'll recommend the most suitable treatment approach and techniques based on your individual needs and goals.
Are cupping therapy & kinesiology taping extra?
Where appropriate, techniques such as cupping therapy or kinesiology taping can be incorporated into your treatment. If anything would involve an additional charge, this will always be discussed and agreed with you beforehand.
How can I pay?
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance payable by cash or bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
Can new clients purchase a treatment package?
Treatment packages are designed for existing clients who would benefit from regular treatment. If you're a new client, please book an Initial Assessment & Treatment first. We can then discuss whether a treatment package would be appropriate for you.
